GENERAL CONTEST RULES -

1.  Must be 21 or older to play US94 contests

2.  One winner per household every 30 days

3.  Winner must show Picture ID when collecting prizes. 

4.  Using various names or alias' will result in forfieting prize and life time ban from playing contests on US94

5.  Prize can not be exchanged or cash in for money

6.  Prize must be collected by the winner in person within 2 calendar weeks from date of win or prize is forfieted.  Picking up prize for family members or friends will not be allowed.

7.  Not following these contest rules will result in dis-allowing contestant from participating in any and all contests on US94
